Income
Tax Department, Government of India, invites applications for the posts of
Income Tax Inspector, Tax Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff in its department.
Chief Commissioner of Income-Tax (Cadre Controlling Authority) has published
latest recruitment notification 2013 for recruitment in this regard. The
Meritorious Sports Persons can apply for the posts of Inspector of Income-Tax,
Tax Assistant and Multi-Tasking Staff. The interested candidates can apply on
the prescribed Application Form which could be downloaded from the official
website of Income Tax Department and also from the link at the end of this
post. The candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility before applying
for these posts before 15th April 2013. The brief details are as under:
Total
number of Posts: 81 posts
- Income Tax Inspector: 14 posts
- Tax Assistant: 56 posts
- Multi-Tasking Staff : 11 posts
Educational
Qualifications: Any degree for Income Tax Inspector posts Degree with Data
Entry Operating Speed of 8000 words depression for Tax Assistant Posts
Matriculation or its equivalent exam pass for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) post.
Age
limit (As on 31.01.2013):
- Candidates age should be between 18 years to 27 years for post no.1&2
- Candidates age should be between 18 years to 25 years for post no.3
Selection
Process: Selection will be done on the basis of Proficiency Test, Personality
Test / Interview. Computer Skill Test for Tax Assistant Post.
