Service Engineer_Process Solution_Kaohsiung

Description
  1. Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise)
  2. Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repair faults in air conditioning and mechanical equipment
  3. Estimates material costs and quantities
  4. Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans
  5. Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
  6. Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader
  7. Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
  8. Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
  9. Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
  10. Reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement
  11. Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
  12. On Call Roster participation: 24hr on call requirement (when rostered) with overtime expectation
  13. Multi-site responsibilities
  14. Maybe required (on occasion) to work out of town

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above majored in EE, automation, or Chemical Engineering related field
2 years experiences in project execution and management of Process Solution or related field
Familiar with NT/2000, Access and Oracle Database, MS-Office and DCS. MCSE is a plus
Good business sense to maintain healthy relationship with customers
Good command of English
Driving License is needed
