RECRUITMENT OF PROBATIONARY OFFICERS – 2011

Candidates who are selected as Probationary Officers will be on Probation for a period of one year. On successful completion of the Probationary Period, candidates will be posted as Assistant Managers.
Eligibility to apply:-
Graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline including Management subjects from affiliated Universities with an overall score of not less than 60%. Candidates who have qualified through regular full time courses from UGC approved Universities are preferred.
Age limit :- 25 years as on 31.05.2011.
Selection Process:- Selection will be done through a Written Test & Interview Process.
Duration of Written Test : 2 Hours

Test Centers:-Examination will be conducted at selected centres of various Regions in each States which will be intimated to the short listed candidates through email / call letters in advance.
How to Apply:- Eligible candidates have to apply online through the company’s website only. No other means / mode of application are acceptable.
General Instructions:-
  • Before filling the online Application form , the candidate must ensure that he / she fulfills all the eligibility criteria with respect to age , educational qualifications etc. in respect of the post for which he / she is making the application and that the particulars furnished in the application form are correct in all respcts.In case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria, and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect information or has suppressed any material fact(s) , his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is / are detected even after the appointment, his / her services are liable to be terminated.
  • Admission to written examination will be purely provisional without verification of age / qualification / experience, etc of the candidates with reference to documents. Decision of the company in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate , the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken , the documents to be produced for the purpose of conduct of written test , interview , selection , etc. and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidates. No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained by the company in this regard.
  • The company reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standard etc., in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test and interview commensurate with the number of vacancies.
  • Eligible candidates have to appear for a written test and interview at their own expense at the venue and date notified by the company.
  • If shortlisted for interview, candidates have to produce all the requisite certificates / documents in original with Xerox copies for verification at the time of interview. Failure to do so shall lead to disqualification of the candidate.
  • Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India or abroad as per the administrative requirements & discretion of the company.
  • Any request for change of address / change of centre for written test / interview shall not be entertained.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel any of the centers and / or add some other centers depending upon the response, administrative feasibility etc. The company also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any of the centers other than the one he / she has opted for.
  • The company has the right to reject any application / candidature at any stage without assigning any reason and the decision of the company shall be final.
  • Appointments of selected candidates will be subject to his / her being declared medically fit by the authorized Medical Officer , satisfactory report about his / her character and antecedents by the Company’s Vigilance Department and completion of all other pre recruitment formalities to the complete satisfaction of the company. Further, such appointment shall also be subject to Service and Conduct rules of the Company.
  • The Company takes no responsibility for any delay in submission of online applications or communication. Candidates in their own interest are advised to submit online applications well before the last date.
  • Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
