The test will be conducted for theree levels. The Level - I examination will be conducted for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V : Primary Teacher (PRT). The Level - 2 examination is for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in the disciplines of Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Punjabi, Urdu, Physical Education, Home Science, Art, Music and Level –3 Examination is for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in various disciplines i.e. (i) English, (ii) Hindi, (iii) Geography, (iv) Sanskrit, (v) Home Science, (vi) Sociology, (vii) Physical Education, (viii) Psychology, (ix) Punjabi, (x) Urdu, (xi) History, (xii) Political Science (xiii) Biology, (xiv) Physics, (xv) Chemistry, (xvi) Mathematics, (xvii) Commerce, (xviii) Economics, (xix) Music, (xx) Fine Arts, (xxi) Computer Science.
